Koa middleware error handling and default response
Caught errors handled without rethrowing stay with custom middleware. Otherwise Koa snapshots headers and writability, emits the error event, then uses that saved state to gate its default response.
Artwork and source are available under the MIT license. Embedded fonts retain their separate SIL OFL notices in the SVG. No backlink is required. Native Mermaid or Graphviz source, when provided, regenerates with its own layout.
