What counts as a credit?
One diagram or a batch of four new styles costs 1 credit. Applying saved styles, editing, copying, and downloading are free.
Can I change a diagram after it is generated?
Yes. Edit the text, style, colors, and font as often as you like without spending credits.
Can I use the diagrams commercially?
Yes, on Pro, Power, and Max. Diagrams made on Free are for non-commercial use. The Terms of Service have the full license.
Which formats can I export?
SVG, which stays sharp at any size and edits cleanly in design tools, and PNG at 1x, 2x, or 3x for tools that do not take SVG.
What happens if a generation fails?
Failed generations are automatically refunded. Interrupted requests are recovered automatically; returning the credit may take a few minutes.
Do credits roll over?
No. Monthly credits reset every month, including on a yearly plan. Credit packs never expire.
Is my content used to train AI models?
We do not train our own models on your workspace content. Prompts are processed by AI providers only to generate your diagram; the Privacy Policy has the details.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Canceling in Billing stops the next renewal, and you keep your plan until the current period ends.
