Refund Policy & Statutory Rights

You may request a full refund for a credit pack within 14 days after payment is confirmed if it is wholly unused. If any credits have been used, you may still submit a request; we review it individually, and use alone does not remove statutory rights. Failed generations whose credits are returned do not count as use. We may defer a decision while a generation is pending, without changing the date we received your request. A pack refund removes only the remaining credits from that purchase. Statutory rights may entitle you to a full refund even if the pack was used.

For your first paid subscription purchase on an account, you may request a full refund within 14 days after payment is confirmed, even if you have used the subscription. An approved refund ends paid access and renewal, but does not remove other credit packs or your workspace. This voluntary promise does not cover renewals or upgrades; statutory rights still apply.

You can cancel an initial annual subscription during its first 12 months to stop renewal; access continues through the paid period and there is no voluntary refund for unused time, except for the first-purchase promise above or where statutory rights apply. After the first 12 months of the initial annual term, you may cancel at any time for immediate cancellation and a prorated refund of unused time, calculated from the gross amount actually paid for the current annual term. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled to stop the next renewal; there is no voluntary refund for unused time. Statutory rights still apply to every purchase.

These commercial refund promises do not limit your statutory consumer rights. For a distance contract, EU consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw starting on the date the contract is concluded; this statutory period is separate from the commercial refund periods, which start from the confirmed payment timestamp. Other mandatory rights and remedies also apply, including remedies for a service that does not conform to the contract. A review or pending-usage check does not pause or extend any legal deadline.

To exercise a statutory withdrawal right, submit a request in Billing or email [email protected]; you do not need to give a reason. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not required. A request is received when submitted; submission starts review and is not refund approval. We will tell you when a refund is approved. Where a statutory refund is owed, we refund within 14 days of receiving notice of withdrawal. For other approved requests, we process the refund within 14 days of receipt, using the original payment method and without a refund fee; your payment provider may take longer to post it.

Ordinary cancellation stops future renewal. Withdrawal is a separate request about a purchase and may end access or remove the refunded purchase as described above. We do not ask you to waive withdrawal rights or consent to a deduction for use.
