We may collect information you provide directly, including your email address, the password you submit for authentication, authentication setup information, account details, billing actions, support messages, prompts, instructions, and other content you submit to generate diagrams. Passwords are stored as password hashes, not plaintext.
If you use API access, we may process API key metadata, key names, creation and revocation records, last-used timestamps, request information, and related account usage data. Raw API keys are shown only when created; after that, only key hashes are stored.
The WordPress plugin's manual makers run locally and send no diagram content to us. Its optional AI service requires an administrator to enable it. Connecting sends the canonical site URL and a random verification secret; we use the secret during ownership verification and do not store it. We retain the site URL, a hash of its installation credential, request identifiers, prompt hashes, trial counters, and security records. AI requests also create the prompt, output, and usage records described below. Editors share ten successful trial generations per site without an SVG Diagram account. No visitor information or post content is sent automatically.
Disabling WordPress AI stops further service requests. Uninstall removes local plugin options, while published images stay in that site's Media Library. Server trial and abuse-prevention records remain to prevent allowance resets. Contact [email protected] for requests about service records associated with your site; we may verify ownership before acting on them.
The Figma plugin's free makers run locally. Optional AI requests send only the prompt you submit, a random installation ID, and request identifiers. We retain a hash of the installation identity, prompt hashes, trial counters, security records, and the prompt, output, and usage records described below. The plugin does not read or send the contents of your Figma file. No SVG Diagram account is required. AI requests start only after you enable them in the plugin; inserted diagrams remain in your Figma file.
The Canva app’s free makers run locally. Optional AI requests send your prompt, a signed Canva app identity token, and a request identifier to SVG Diagram. The token identifies your Canva app user and team; we verify it and retain only a hash of the user identity for the ten-generation allowance, alongside prompt hashes, trial counters, security records, and the prompt, output, and usage records described below. We do not read or send the contents of your Canva design. AI requests start only after you enable them in the app. No SVG Diagram account is required. Added images remain in your Canva library and design. Contact [email protected] for requests about app service records; we may verify ownership before acting.
The Miro app’s free makers run locally. Optional AI requests send your submitted prompt, a signed Miro app identity token, and a request identifier to SVG Diagram. We verify the token and retain only a hash of the Miro user identity for the ten-generation allowance, alongside prompt hashes, trial counters, security records, and the prompt, output, and usage records described below. The app does not read or send your board contents. AI requests start only after you enable them. No SVG Diagram account is required. Added SVG images remain on your Miro board. Contact [email protected] for requests about app service records; we may verify ownership before acting.
If you contact us, we may collect your message, contact details, account email, billing details you choose to provide, and any context needed to answer or investigate the request.
