Using your diagrams, understanding credits, and getting support.
What costs a credit?
One diagram or a batch of four new styles costs 1 credit. Applying saved styles, editing, copying, and downloading are free. Regenerate creates another diagram and costs 1 credit.
Where are my earlier styles?
Open Style in the editor and choose a batch. All earlier batches stay available. Current takes you to the batch containing the applied style. Browsing and generating styles leave your diagram unchanged until you apply a style.
What happens if generation fails or stops?
Failed generations are automatically refunded. Interrupted requests are recovered automatically; returning the credit may take a few minutes. Check your library before retrying after a connection problem: the diagram may have finished. Credit charges and refunds appear in Billing. If the credit is still missing, report the diagram below.
How do I download or reuse my diagram?
Open Export in the editor for SVG, PNG, or copying. SVG scales without losing sharpness; PNG is useful for tools that do not accept SVG. PNG downloads offer 1×, 2×, and 3× sizes. Downloads are free. Duplicate makes a separate copy you can edit for free.
Can I use exported diagrams commercially?
Exported diagrams generated under paid plans (Pro, Power, Max) can be used for commercial work. Outputs generated on the Free plan are licensed for non-commercial use only. You are responsible for permission to use included logos and third-party materials. See our Terms of Service for full license conditions.
How do credits and subscriptions work?
Free accounts get 10 credits every month. Paid plans provide their monthly credits, including on a yearly plan; unused monthly credits do not roll over. Credit packs, available to subscribers, never expire and are spent after the monthly credits. Open Billing to see your allowance, usage, renewal, and subscription controls. Generation credit refunds and payment refunds are different; contact support about a billing error.
What is your refund policy & statutory withdrawal right?
First paid subscriptions on an account and unused credit packs can be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase. EU and UK consumers have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. How do I request a template?
Use Template requests to describe the layout you need. Requests are free, and responses appear alongside your request.
