Funnel: isometric stacked slabs
PowerThree to six touching solid slabs step down and forward from the widest first stage; each slab's width and footprint are exactly proportional to its count, its front face carries the stage, count and share of the start, and the exposed step in front of each slab carries the exact conversion from the stage above.

When to use it
For conversion funnels with supplied whole counts per stage: sales pipelines, sign-up and checkout journeys, hiring pipelines, campaign reach to purchase. Counts never increase from one stage to the next, and the last stage keeps at least a fifth of the first so every slab stays readable at scale. Not for steeper funnels, supplied percentages without counts, or qualitative narrowing; use a schematic funnel for those.
