When to use it
Use to connect supplied internal and external SWOT factors to proposed TOWS actions in their fixed intersections. Supports 1–2 factors per group, 0–6 actions with one exact internal/external pair each and at most two per intersection, and optional translated factor headers. Empty intersections remain visibly without an action. Use another composition for strategies combining multiple factors in one action, more source factors, scoring, ownership or timelines. This diagram does not establish evidence or predict success.
