Transformation: two touching isometric platforms
MaxTwo touching isometric platforms, each named on its end cap: the front one carries a row of small solid blocks for the current items, grouped by successor, and the back one a solid slab per successor, exactly as long as the run of blocks it replaces; each block sends one straight floor lane with an arrow into its slab's front face, and retired blocks are neutral with a dashed lane to a pill naming their outcome. Titles stand on front faces and optional icons lie on roofs.

When to use it
Use for a many-to-one consolidation or replacement of three to eight current items into one to four successors, optionally retiring some: SaaS tool consolidation, vendor rationalization, squads regrouped into tribes, legacy systems decommissioned onto a platform, a product line simplified into fewer offers. Slab length counts only the items replaced; heights are schematic. Not for one item splitting into several, items that move into more than one successor, new successors with no predecessor, process steps, or measured quantities.
