Benchmark
PowerOne row per metric, each on its own scale: a neutral bar spans the supplied peer minimum to maximum, an optional darker band spans the 25th to 75th percentile, a dark tick marks the peer median and an accent marker with a value pill shows the subject, inside or outside the peer range. Every peer value sits under its mark, an optional hint gives the favorable direction, and a legend names the peer group and subject.

When to use it
Use to place one subject against a peer group's spread on two to eight metrics with different units: company or product benchmarks, a store or region against its network, salary or offer positioning against a market survey, a team or school against its organization. Rows are independently scaled, so bar lengths do not compare across metrics. Not for comparing several subjects at once, for time series, or for metrics without a supplied peer minimum, median and maximum.
