Market sizing: nested bottom-aligned circles by area
PowerTwo to four nested circles sharing one bottom point under a heading naming the measured quantity, each circle's area proportional to its supplied amount, with leaders from each ring to a callout card holding its label, amount, share of the outermost amount and an optional description. Equal amounts share one circle and zero amounts sit on the bottom point.

When to use it
Suits nested sizes of one quantity where each level is a subset of the one before: total, serviceable and obtainable market (TAM, SAM, SOM), addressable users narrowing to a target segment, a sales universe narrowing to qualified pipeline, or a budget envelope narrowing to committed spend. Amounts share one unit and never increase inward. Not for independent categories, parts of a whole that sit side by side, or overlapping sets; use a donut, treemap or Venn for those.

Architecture: stacked layer bandsA system of two to sixteen components arranged in two to five layers, such as a web app's stack or a SaaS platform from clients through edge and services to data, with calls between neighboring layers.
