Chart: adjacent aggregate transfers
PowerTwo independent sets of proportional pairwise transfers meet opposite faces of a neutral intermediate total rail. Complete adjacent ledgers, exact middle conservation and one cohort scale preserve supplied aggregates without constructing individual paths.

When to use it
For an explicitly closed conserved cohort classified into two categories at each of three ordered stages, with all eight adjacent pair counts including known zeros: enquiries by origin, route and offer; students by entry track, course and outcome; patients by referral, pathway and setting; or orders by channel, warehouse and carrier. Missing pairs are unsupported, not zero. This shows adjacent aggregates only; no individual end-to-end trajectory, within-stage timing, cause, probability or recommendation is inferred.
