Chart: bubble grid
MaxRows by columns of circles on quiet guide lines, each circle's area exactly proportional to its value on one shared scale from zero, with exact values inside or below each circle, derived totals for every complete row and column past dividers, and a key of reference circles. Zero is a small open ring; a crossing without a supplied value is a dashed ring.

When to use it
Use to show how one additive measure spreads across two lists when the pattern of large and small amounts matters more than exact shades, such as leads by channel and month, feature usage by customer segment, skills by team, or orders by store and weekday. Values share one unit and may be zero; unsupplied crossings stay visibly empty and drop their totals. Not for negative values, rates or averages that do not add up, values in different units, or good-or-bad ratings.
