Waterfall: isometric floating blocks
PowerAn opening total stands as a solid block on a shared floor, each signed change floats as a block exactly at the running total, rising for an increase and hanging for a decrease, thin ledges carry each level to the next block, and the closing total stands on the floor; heights share one exact scale.

When to use it
For a bridge from an opening to a closing total through two to six ordered signed changes, such as cash, revenue, headcount or budget, when a solid presentation look suits the slide. Every running total must stay at zero or above. Block colors distinguish totals, increases and decreases only; they do not mark changes as good or bad. Not for negative balances, more than six changes, long step names or precise reading against gridlines.
