Small multiples
PowerA grid of four to twelve small panels, one per supplied series, each drawing its line and area over the same ordered periods on one shared value scale. An optional reference series repeats faintly in every panel for comparison, and an optional highlighted panel carries the accent while the others stay neutral. Only the left column carries value ticks and only each column's lowest panel carries the first and last period. A shared numbered period key retains every period name.

When to use it
Suits comparing the shape of one measure across many segments at once: sales growth by region, sign-ups by channel, churn by plan, traffic by market, utilization by site, each optionally against an overall average or plan. Every series needs one value per period in one common unit. Not for two to four series that read better overlaid on one line chart, for series in different units that need their own scales, or for part-to-whole shares.
