MaxOne vertical line marks the supplied base-case outcome. Each uncertain input is a horizontal bar from its low-setting outcome to its high-setting outcome on one shared scale, ordered widest swing first so the bars narrow downward; each end carries its exact outcome and the input setting that produced it.

When to use it
Use for a one-at-a-time sensitivity analysis of four to ten inputs against one outcome: a business case's net present value, a project's finish date, a price scenario's margin, a forecast's revenue, a budget's total cost. Shows which inputs move the outcome most and in which direction. Not for inputs whose two outcomes fall on the same side of the base, combined scenarios, probability distributions, unrelated metrics, or requests without supplied outcomes.
