Value curves
PowerTwo to four offerings drawn as value curves across three to ten ordered factors, each point at one of three to five equally spaced ordered levels. Coincident points sit side by side at their level, curve ends carry direct offering labels, marker kinds and line dashes tell offerings apart without color, and one optional highlighted offering stands out in the accent while the others stay quiet.

When to use it
Suits strategy canvases and offer positioning: a new product against incumbents, service tiers against competitors, a proposed operating model against today's, vendors on buying criteria, or locations on visitor experience. Levels are ordinal judgments, not measurements; for numeric values use a line or bar chart, and for more than four offerings or a single offering use a scorecard or attribute bars.
