Funnel: velocity
MaxThree to six ordered stages run left to right as one stepped band centered on a shared line: each stage's height is exactly its count and its length exactly its time in stage, on shared scales. Label blocks alternate above and below their bands with the stage title, count, time and derived share kept from the previous stage, a key names what height, length and the shares show, and a bracket spans the derived total time.

When to use it
Suits processes where both drop-off and time matter: sales pipeline velocity, hiring pipelines, customer onboarding, support escalations, grant or approval processes. Needs whole counts that never increase and positive durations in one unit, none shorter than a fortieth of the total. Not for funnels without times, stages that run in parallel, or counts that grow between stages.
