Matrix: isometric plinth
MaxA 2×2 matrix laid flat as an isometric plinth split into four pale quadrant tiles, each named in front of its blocks, with the two axes and their low and high ends along the plinth's front faces; three to ten equal-footprint blocks stand in corner-on rows on their quadrant's tile, each block's height exactly proportional to its amount on one common scale, with its name and exact value above it and a key naming what height shows.

When to use it
Use when entries sorted into four quadrants also carry one comparable amount: initiatives by impact and effort sized by cost, a product portfolio by growth and margin sized by revenue, accounts by fit and intent sized by ARR, markets by attractiveness and readiness sized by market size. Positions inside a quadrant carry no meaning. Not for numeric x and y coordinates (use a numeric quadrant or bubble matrix), entries without a shared amount, negative amounts, more than five entries in one quadrant or more than ten in all.
