Progress chart
MaxThree to six projected cylinders of one size stand in a row on a shared plinth; each full cylinder stands for its own target, its accent fill rises exactly to the share of the target reached under a neutral unfilled rest, and any excess up to twice the target rises above it in a deeper accent. The derived percentage and actual value sit above each cylinder; the metric label and its target sit on the plinth's front face.

When to use it
Use for several measures each tracked against its own target, compared by the share reached: sales quota attainment by region or rep, fundraising toward campaign goals, OKR key results, migration or rollout completion, hiring against plan. Values may use different units because each is read against its own target. Not for measures without targets, values more than twice their target, negative values, comparing absolute amounts across metrics, time series or more than six metrics.
